About the Firm
SGW LAW is a new law firm only thirty-five years in the making. That is how long its founder, Scott G. Wallace, has been practicing law, first in the state of Florida and then in Michigan. During those decades, he has built a practice that centers upon estate planning, trust and probate administration, and every conceivable area of law those practices touch upon. From the laid-back personality found in his Florida roots, to the friendly but no-nonsense demeanor gained from his Michigan upbringing, Scott knows how to put his clients at ease, to explain their options plainly and succinctly, and to advise them on the best way of achieving their planning goals. That is why he formed SGW LAW. From drafting simple trusts and wills to engaging in sophisticated estate tax planning to negotiating prenuptial agreements or designing and implementing succession plans for family-owned businesses, SGW LAW is ready and able to be your life planning partner through every stage of your life. SGW LAW is dedicated to providing quality legal representation with the speed, accuracy, thoroughness and professionalism that you, the Client, deserves. At SGW LAW, clients are more than a billing number, they are and remain the reason and motivation for the firm’s very existence. SGW LAW: Individual and business planning you can trust.
